TM 127-1.0-3.0 is versatile single-stage thermoelectric module with a 30 x 30 mm foot-print. Generally, this module is powered by a 12V nominal supply.

With almost 30 watts of cooling capacity, in a module a little over an inch square, TM 127-1.0-3.0 is powerful enough to cool a wide range of components. In the 30 mm footprint, it’s the perfect balance between good cooling capacity with the ability to use a variety of economical (extruded) heat-sinks that can keep the hot-side temperature from becoming unreasonably high. A great general purpose TEC.

TM 127-1.0-3.0 may be used for cooling, heating and thermal stabilization and is employed in a wide range of applications including including medical, analytical, laboratory & scientific instruments, electro-optics, telecommunications and military. A version for thermal cycling is available.

Available with metalized (and tinned) surfaces and in strings, of your design or ours, from 2-12 modules long;
