ADVANCED THERMOELECTRIC sells two grades of ElectraCOOL brand thermoelectric modules (TE coolers).
The “ST” series is our standard cooler with our High Performance “HP” series also available. Both may be ordered with anti-corrosion potting, epoxy edge sealing and in strings from 2 to 12 modules long, wired and sealed as desired at the factory.
For the high volume Original Equipment Manufacturer that requires an economical, high quality cooling module, see our Standard (ST) series. The "ST" series cooler is an excellent economical grade of cooler that may be used for cooling, heating and temperature stabilization and is employed in a wide range of applications including consumer, lab/scientific/biomedical, industrial, telecommunications, military, aerospace and test. The “ST” series is capable of Delta Ts around 70°C and operation to maximum temperatures of +150 °C. Our minimum order size for ST modules is 100 pieces.
If you have a very demanding application such as thermal cycling or QC/Test that involves high temperatures or that produces significant thermally induced stress, you should consider our High Performance "HP" series modules. Built with the finest ceramics available, state-of-the-art anti-diffusion barriers and assembled with solders capable of operation at maximum temperatures of +200 °C (+230 °C available by request) the HP series is capable of reliable operation in very demanding applications. To ensure performance each “HP” module is burned in. For the most demanding customers, we can sort modules in a variety of ways to meet your uniformity and performance requirements. Minimum order size for HP Series modules is 10 pieces.
